GFIS Believes that sound mind remains in sound body so it emphasises on all round development of student through various sports activities and try to ensure students remain fit entire academic.
GFIS strongly believes in the fact that a true sportsman possesses the quality of head and heart. To promote this, the sports facilities provided are the best in the area. There are playgrounds for football and cricket. The school boasts of two Kho Kho grounds, one basket ball court and one Volley ball ground. School also has indoor Play area for Table tennis as well as table tennis equipments.
A two hundred meter track round the playground provides training for athletes who compete for various track and field events. Shot put and discus throw are also popular games where as badminton table tennis, carom and chess also find keen participation.
All students get an opportunity to participate in one sport or another and remain physically fit.
